sendPropagatedConnectionLimitIfZero property
Controls the behavior of propagated_connection_limit. When false, setting propagatedConnectionLimit to zero causes the provider to use to the API's default value. When true, the provider will set propagatedConnectionLimit to zero. Defaults to false.
