Creates a new ResizeRequestArgs. deletionPolicy Whether Terraform will be prevented from destroying the resource. Defaults to DELETE. description An optional description of this resize-request. instanceGroupManager The reference of the instance group manager this ResizeRequest is a part of. name The name of this resize request. The name must be 1-63 characters long, and comply with RFC1035. project The ID of the project in which the resource belongs. requestedRunDuration Requested run duration for instances that will be created by this request. At the end of the run duration instance will be deleted. resizeBy The number of instances to be created by this resize request. The group's target size will be increased by this number. zone The reference of the compute zone scoping this request. If it is not provided, the provider zone is used.
