PRFMediaTile class
A single media tile for use inside a media grid.
Handles image loading states, video indicator overlays, and tap callbacks.
Uses Image.network for image rendering. For advanced loading (e.g.,
ExtendedImage), wrap the tile or provide a custom imageBuilder.
