PrinterConnectionEvent class

Immutable connection-lifecycle notification shared by PrinterService and BluetoothService.

Host apps can show a banner or dialog by listening to PrinterService.connectionEvents or BluetoothService.connectionEvents. Reconnection itself is handled by the services, so the UI is optional.
