enableAudioQos method

Enables/disables QoS DSCP marking on the audio channel: the SDK sets DSCP 46 (Expedited Forwarding) when enabled, 0 when disabled.

Best-effort — many Wi-Fi and carrier networks rewrite or ignore DSCP.

Returns 0 on success, negative error code on failure.
