ASN1SafeBag.fromSequence(ASN1Sequence seq)

Creates a SafeBag object from the given sequence consisting of up to three elements :

• ASN1ObjectIdentifier
• EncryptedPrivateKeyInfo or CertBag
• ASN1Set (OPTIONAL)
