HubConnectionException? get closedBy

Why the hub closed this connection, if it did and said so.

Lets a caller tell "wrong secret" (HubCloseCode.unauthorized) from "the session is over" (HubCloseCode.sessionClosed) from an ordinary network drop, which decides whether retrying is pointless or the only sane move.
