outletConsumerPresence property
Emits when this stream's publishing endpoint gains or loses every subscriber, where the transport can tell.
false means sends from this node are going nowhere. Exists because on
LSL that state is otherwise undetectable: the push fans out over the
registered consumers and, with none, discards the sample and reports
success. A transport that cannot distinguish the two — or a stream with
no outlet — reports nothing, which is why the default is empty rather
than an optimistic true.
