PdfTopLeftRect class
Rectangle in "top-left" coordinates, the system the user thinks in.
The origin sits at the upper-left corner of the visible area of the page,
x grows to the right and y grows downwards. The units are display
points (1/72 inch on the printed page), already accounting for the
/UserUnit.
