Approximate rectangle occupied by the run, in user space.
The height is estimated as 0.75 em above and 0.25 em below the
baseline, because the extractor does not read the real bbox of the
glyphs. The width comes from the widths declared in the font, which are
exact when /Widths (or /W) exists and a guess when it does not.
