PdfAppearancePainter class
Draws existing appearances onto a page.
Every write goes through the PdfPageContentEditor: the original page
content is not touched and the drawing stays isolated in q ... Q. The form
XObject is not copied — the page only gains, in /Resources /XObject, a new
name pointing to the object that was already in the file.
