SHA-256 fingerprints of the certificates allowed to sign the LOTL, as published in the Official Journal of the EU, OJ C/2026/1944 (CELEX 52026XC01944), and matching the LOTL's pointer to itself (sequence 394, issued 2026-09-10). Checked digest-for-digest against the OJ notice on 2026-09-24. A LOTL signed by any other certificate is refused.
