PathProviderWatchosBindings class
FFI bindings to the native path_provider_watchos C functions.
Overridable for tests via PathProviderWatchos.bindingsOverride: the PathProviderWatchosBindings.forTesting constructor skips FFI initialization so fakes work off-device.
