reconCapability top-level constant

String const reconCapability

The reconciliation capability advertised in the handshake. A peer that negotiated it runs anti-entropy as a range-fingerprint exchange; anyone else gets the full hello/state exchange.

Implementation

const String reconCapability = 'recon1';
