ensureQueryIndex abstract method

Future<void> ensureQueryIndex(

  2. String fieldPath
)

Prepares an index for equality lookups on fieldPath in table, so a QueryOp.equals predicate on that path does not scan the table.

Idempotent. An engine without secondary indexes (the in-memory MapCrdtTable) treats this as a no-op and answers queries by scanning.
