DeviceRosterEntry class sealed
One row of the device roster. Every row is a DeviceRecord, a WrappedGroupKey, or a KeyRotation.
Every row is signed by the device that wrote it (signedBy / signature): the roster key admits a device to the room, but only a signature chained back to the founding device makes a row count. Rows with a missing or invalid signature are ignored by every read path, so holding the roster key alone is not enough to (re)join the roster or receive a rotated group key.
