recoveries property

Stream<CrdtRecovery> get recoveries

Emits once if init found the local store unreadable and rebuilt it (from an on-disk snapshot, or empty).

In-memory engines never emit. The default is an empty stream. A broadcast stream so a late subscriber is safe; Passnote listens on it to surface a StoreRecovered event and trigger a re-sync.
