PdfLoadingBuilder typedef

PdfLoadingBuilder = Widget Function(BuildContext context, double? progress)

Builds what is shown while the document opens. progress goes from 0 to 1 while a PdfFlipBook.network file downloads, and is null when the size is unknown or the source is local.
