BspEnvironmentValues typedef

BspEnvironmentValues = ({Duration? exportTimeout, int? maxExportBatchSize, int? maxQueueSize, Duration? scheduleDelay})

Raw BSP environment values parsed by OTelEnv.getBspConfig.

All fields are nullable — null means the corresponding env var was unset or contained a non-numeric value (a warning is logged in that case). Domain-level validation belongs in BatchSpanProcessorConfig.fromEnvironment, not here.
