Identifying, non-sensitive information about the current device.

Structural placeholder: the actual fields and their native source (Keystore-attested device id on Android, identifierForVendor plus DeviceCheck token on iOS, etc.) still need to be specified before DeviceManagement.currentDevice can be implemented.
