OneIdUserInfo class
Claims returned by the OIDC userinfo endpoint.
Only subject is guaranteed by the spec; everything else depends on the
scopes granted. Unrecognized/custom claims are preserved in claims so
callers aren't blocked waiting on this class to add a getter.
