LoneEscapeTimer class

Delivers a KeyDecoder's buffered lone ESC as an Escape key once KeyDecoder.escapeTimeout passes with no more input: a bare Escape keypress, which the decoder alone cannot tell from the start of an escape sequence.

An input loop calls cancel when a chunk arrives and arm once it has handled the chunk's keys; if nothing else arrives in time, onEscape receives the flushed Escape from a timer.
