OmnyEvent class sealed

Base type for every event emitted on the Hub's EventBus.

Events are immutable facts ("something happened"). The hierarchy is sealed so subscribers can switch exhaustively, and so the event aggregator and (future) websocket/SSE streaming can serialize them uniformly.
