OidcOfflineModeEnteredEvent class

An event that gets raised when the user manager enters offline mode.

This occurs when the app cannot reach the authentication server but OidcUserManagerSettings.supportOfflineAuth is enabled, allowing the user to remain authenticated with cached tokens.
