Selects Flutter Web pathname or hash URLs before runApp.

true installs Flutter's path strategy, false installs its hash strategy, and null preserves the strategy selected by Flutter or the host application. Routed Odroe applications should select this explicitly so lazy module enumeration cannot configure browser history too late.
