isNotIn method

SqlPredicate isNotIn(
  1. Iterable<T> values
)

Tests whether this column differs from every value in values.

The iterable is consumed and non-null values are encoded immediately. An empty collection is rejected so a dynamic exclusion cannot silently turn a guarded mutation into a full-table operation. A Dart null candidate is normalized through isNotNull. Without one, a nullable database value retains SQL's unknown NOT IN result and does not match.
