streamQueryMultiBatches abstract method

Stream<Result<QueryResultMultiBatchItem>> streamQueryMultiBatches(

Streams each native multi-result fetch batch without accumulating prior continuation rows. QueryResultMultiBatchItem.isContinuationBatch identifies batches after the first one for the same SQL cursor.
