bulkInsertParallel method

int bulkInsertParallel(int poolId, String table, List<String> columns, Uint8List dataBuffer, int parallelism,)

Performs parallel bulk insert through poolId.

Uses pool-managed parallel workers in Rust. Returns rows inserted on success, or negative value on failure.
