DriverCapabilities class

Typed driver capabilities parsed from native JSON payload.

Boolean flags and maxRowArraySize are a canonical table per engine, not live SQLGetInfo probes. On the live path, driverName / driverVersion come from SQL_DRIVER_NAME / SQL_DRIVER_VER.
