Get the status of "distinct-values" configuration.

Implementation

bool get distinct => _distinct;

void distinct=(bool d)

Set to only return distinct values.

E.g. 1,2,3 instead of 1,1,2,3,3,3. Strings default to case-insensitive comparison.
