renderPlatformReach function

void renderPlatformReach(LiveBlock block, Object? link, PlatformLinks platform)

Warns when the platform wouldn't deliver a link the app just routed.

The app never sees the scheme, so this is the one half deeplink can only answer from the project's own iOS and Android config.
