interruptHandler property

void Function()? interruptHandler

Handles Ctrl+C for the command that's running, when it stops cleanly on its own, such as a playbook that asks the app to stop.

metro live calls it instead of giving up on the command. Commands set it while they run and put the previous one back when they finish.
