RomanNumerals class

Process-wide default RomanNumeralsConfig used when callers do not supply a config to the extension methods.

Defaults to CommonRomanNumeralsConfig. Set this once early in your program if you want a different default across the entire codebase without threading a config through every call:

RomanNumerals.romanNumeralsConfig = VinculumRomanNumeralsConfig();
