WebhookEnvelope class

The raw JSON envelope POSTed to a destination.

id is one per delivery: a retry of the same delivery keeps it, so use it to drop retries. eventId is one per change: every delivery made for the same record change (the plain webhook delivery and each schema Webhook-trigger delivery) carries the same eventId, so use it to handle one change only once. A gateway that does not send eventId yet gives eventId == id.
