micPermissionStatus method

@override Future<String?> micPermissionStatus()

The OS microphone authorization: granted | denied | restricted | undetermined. Null where unimplemented (callers then fall back to permission_handler). iOS only — and necessary there because permission_handler cannot distinguish "never asked" from "refused".
