PaymentAppException class final

Исключение платежей.

Бросается при ошибках оплаты, возврата, подтверждения транзакций. Маппится в Failure.payment через DomainExceptionFailureMapper.

type — тип ошибки платежа. message — описание ошибки (опционально). transactionId — идентификатор транзакции (опционально).
