NmNetwork class abstract final

Access to the network library's strings (English fallback): the strings of the 0.x network widgets moved from nativemind_widgets (NmCountryFlag, NmPingBadge, the subscription cards and the deprecated ones).

The handmade widgets read NmVpnL10n strings from Wishyut's JSON files (since 1.1.0); the ARB getters they replace are deprecated. delegate also loads Wishyut's strings, so an app set up for 1.0.0 keeps working.
