native_api_android

Android SDK discovery and a pure-Dart android.jar reader (ZIP, JVM class files, generic signatures) that produces Native IR, enriched by the platform's api-versions.xml and annotations.zip. Reads only locally installed SDK files; never downloads. See docs/android/README.md.

testing: Test support for native-api-bindgen packages: compiles the synthetic Java fixtures and builds an extractor over them. Not for production use.
