List<String> quickReplies

Short answers the visitor can tap instead of typing, sent as quick_replies.

For the turns where the bot asks them to pick one of a known set — a time slot, a date, a size. Numbering twenty slots in the message and asking for "the number of your chosen time" works, but it is three round trips of the visitor retyping things the bot already knows. Tapping one sends it as an ordinary message.
