This tag indicates which one of the parameters of ISO12232 is {@link #TAG_PHOTOGRAPHIC_SENSITIVITY}. Although it is an optional tag, it should be recorded when {@link #TAG_PHOTOGRAPHIC_SENSITIVITY} is recorded.
