MssqlOutputTarget class

Where an OUTPUT … INTO clause puts its rows.

INTO is not an optimisation. A table carrying an enabled trigger makes SQL Server reject a bare OUTPUT outright (error 334), so capturing the written keys into a table variable and reading the stored rows back from it is the only readback such a table has.
