MssqlUnsafeWriteException class

Raised when an update or delete would touch every row without the caller having said so.

A configured scope does not count as a user predicate: scopes exist to narrow reads, and treating one as intent to write the whole table is how a tenant filter turns into a table-wide UPDATE.
