MssqlColumnBase class abstract

A reference to a column, optionally qualified by a table or alias.

MssqlColumn is taken: the driver uses it for result-set metadata.

The base of both the untyped MssqlColumnRef and the generated MssqlTypedColumn. They are siblings so an untyped column stays open to every predicate while a typed one offers only those its type supports.
