Enable Mock Device Kit.

Call this before MetaWearables.initialize in test/debug builds. When enabled, MetaWearables.startStream will use the mock device instead of trying to connect over Bluetooth.

startRegistered — if true, the app starts in the registered state, skipping the Meta AI registration flow. Default: true.
