MediasfuHeadlessController class

ChangeNotifier bridge for returnUI: false integrations.

Pass updateSourceParameters directly to a MediaSFU room component. Every publication is accepted; snapshots are never de-duplicated because the SDK replaces fields over time and an older bag goes stale.
