1. 在./android/app/src/main/中建立assets放入在mas申请的证书和supplierconfig.json

2. 调用

    final _masOaidPlugin = MasOaid();
     await _masOaidPlugin.getOAID();

3. applicationId、证书的名子，证书的内容必须统一,即：
   1. 证书是为此项目申请的
   2. 项目的ID必须是证书的名子
