Duration peakOrbit

The camera orbit around the track end, flown right after the fly-over reaches it.

Part of duration, like the intro and the outro. The camera keeps the chase zoom and circles the end point by peakOrbitDegrees, meant for climbs ending on a summit. Zero disables it. Ignored by the intro picture. Whole seconds.
