MagicFeedAdView class
Embeds a loaded feed ad in the caller's Flutter layout.
Pass the real container width to MagicFeedManager.loadFeedAd. This widget
only hosts the native view and does not add padding or reserve height by
itself; use MagicFeedAdObject.realHeight or the loaded event height.
