LyNullableStringIsBase64 class
Validation that requires a string to be base64 encoded.
If the value is not base64 encoded, the message is returned.
Example:
final validator = LyNullableStringIsBase64('Invalid base64');
final result = validation('YWJjMTIzQ==');
print(result); // Invalid base64
