PR-3.0 — provider-level discriminator (e.g. RAWBANK_CREDIT_CARD vs ONAFRIQ_CREDIT_CARD). Used for branding/copy when multiple providers share a channel. Defaults to LokotroPaymentMethodFlag.none when the gateway response omits the field (legacy responses).
